Paul M. Cohen was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of FiberTech Polymers, Inc., a $10 million eco-friendly home improvement product manufacturer, from its inception in 1998 through 2006. More recently, he has been a consultant with other major home improvement companies through Core-10 Solutions, primarily related to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cohen, a Certified Public Accountant, has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Twentieth Century Cellular, a $30 million cellular reseller with over 35,000 subscribers. Prior to that, he served as the Chairman of the Board and President of Leo’s Industries, Inc., a publicly traded $80 million dollar retail chain that was named the best performing stock of 1989. Paul was the founder and President of LifeTrac, Inc., a cancer research company that successfully licensed its proprietary technology to the fourth largest laboratory company in the United States, International Clinical Labs, and the largest laboratory company in Japan, Special Reference Laboratories (SRL). Mr. Cohen also was a Partner in the international accounting firm of KPMG Main Hurdman.Mr. Cohen received his Bachelors degree in Economics from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 1973.

Matthew Cohen has spent the majority of his career working with small businesses. Beginning his career in the accounting department of a startup manufacturing company, he grew with the company to perform responsibilities for both Finance and Operations. Always drawn to technology, Matthew played an integral role in selecting and implementing an ERP system, designing the practical workflow and strategies to integrate the system into the facilities operations. Following this position, he spent four years implementing systems in a consulting role for clients in a variety of industries. Matthew draws on his years working within an operations team to develop solutions that not only meet the Finance department’s requirements, but do so within the practical constraints of the company’s operations. Matthew holds a BA from the University of Southern California and completed his MBA with Dean’s List Honors from the Marshall School of Business at USC in 2011. He received his CPA license in 2018.
